30 Days Returns
You can choose between a refund or an exchange on full priced items.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unused, unwashed and with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibilty of the customer.
  • Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Natural Origins. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Natural Origins is not responsible for returns that are not received.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
  • Completing a return

Please email our customer care team at info@naturalorigins.co.nz to let us know you wish to return or exchange your item.  


Return shipping method and re-shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of faulty goods.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are initiated within 4 business days of Natural Origins receiving your return.
  • Exchanges will be sent within 4 business days of Natural Origins receiving your return (depending on availability of stock)
  • Your refund will be for the value of the returned item/s (minus shipping)
  • If your refund is for faulty goods then the value of your refund will include return shipping costs.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
We advise that you check your goods on arrival to make sure there are no obvious faults. If you are not happy with anything for any reason at this stage then you may return your goods within 30 days unused and in original packaging for a full refund.


Our products are extensively checked for quality but occasionally a fault may occur. If you discover a fault after 30 days then please contact our customer service team ASAP.


We will not refund or replace a product that was purchased more than 3 months previously or where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to adhere to product care instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.


We do not cover pilling as this only usually occurs if the product is not washed at the correct temperature and with a mild washing detergent.


We will give you the option to arrange a replacement for the item, or provide you with a full refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose for your original order.

Once Natural Origins receives your return:

  • Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Natural Origins
  • Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received.
  • If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
  • If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
  • You will receive a courtesy email update from Natural Origins as soon as your refund or exchange has been initiated.
